Real Replies From a Real Person

Contact Us

Have a question about a tool, found something that looks broken, want to suggest a feature, or just want to say hello? Send a message and you will get a real reply from me, usually within a day.

Frame Rate Test is run by one person, not a support team behind a ticket queue. That means you skip the canned responses and the runaround. Whether your message is a quick tool question, a detailed bug report, or a partnership pitch, it lands in the same inbox and gets read by the same person who built the site.

Reply Within 24 Hours Most weekday messages get a personal reply the same day, never longer than a day on weekends

Three Ways To Reach Us

Pick The One That Works For You

Some people like a quick form. Some prefer a real email. Some want to walk through something in person. All three options land in the same place.

Email Best for detailed messages where you want a written reply you can refer back to. Good for bug reports, partnership pitches, or anything that needs context. Replies tend to be longer here. info@frameratetest.net
Contact Form Best when you want a structured way to get the message right. Picking the topic dropdown means I see at a glance what you need help with, which keeps reply times short. Open the form above
In Person Based in New York and happy to meet by appointment for media, enterprise, or partnership talks. Email first to set a time, walk-ins not really practical at a third-party office. 77 Sands Street, NY 11201
